And hybrid cells have done it for the last 15 yrs. The Volt packs I sell are 16C and have no detectable degradation 8 yrs . It is the rest of the system that are not up to snuff from cooling, wire, plug, SC, ... . That is 1 beautiful E van shape that should have been built here a decade ago but both Tesla and big auto refused.
