My normal blood pressure is 110/70 mm Hg. Some 2 or 3 hours after a run or a workout, it sometimes drops to 95/60 mm Hg. That is why I always thought coffee had such a good effect on me because it was raising my blood pressure. But that is not the whole point (I do not consume sugar and milk at all).
