    Christmas partygoers who stay sober to drive friends home can enjoy free soft drinks around Cardiff this December under a relaunched road safety scheme. Twenty-three pubs, clubs and bars will offer ‘designated drivers’ draught soft drinks and squash at no charge during a group visit. The Planet Card programme will expand to offer 120 participants £11 weekly credit to spend with selected fruit and vegetable producers at Cardiff Farmers Markets in Riverside or Roath.
