SPECIAL SAUCE: Mix all the sauce ingredients together, cover and set aside. BEEF PATTIES: Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Divide the meat into 8 balls and set aside. Bring a barbecue hot plate to a high heat. Add a little oil to the plate and add the patties, allowing at least 10cm between each. Using the back of a spatula, press down on the patties until they are roughly 1cm thick. Grill for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
