DiscussionReceipt of non-COVID-19 vaccines through primary care declined significantly during the pandemic. These declines were consistent across age groups—children, adolescents, and adults—and persisted over time. This pattern aligns with prior studies showing substantial disruptions in routine immunizations during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, as in-person care was postponed or avoided [6–9].
