For $350 per week, you can watch your food cook while sitting on the loo. A converted garage for rent in Perth with a toilet opposite the microwave is asking $350 per week. The unit is in Balcatta, a quiet residential suburb in the city’s north. When you first walk in, you’re met with a small single bed tucked into a corner. Opposite the bed is a tiny dining table with space for one chair. The bed is separated from the bathroom by an open shelving unit.
