Fund abortions not war!”On the eve of the Democratic National Convention—with the eyes of thousands of politicians, delegates, media, and spectators trained on Chicago—a crowd of hundreds gathered at Wacker and Michigan for a one-mile procession through the Loop. Under the banner of Bodies Outside of Unjust Laws, the protesters coalesced to demand lawmakers codify protections for bodily autonomy and the rights of queer and trans people.
