In February there were 15,505 cases where somebody had waited more than two years compared to more than 21,087 in January - a decrease of more than 26%. Health Secretary Jeremy Miles welcomed the drop and said it showed what could be achieved when health boards focus on "delivery" and "new ways of working".

    Patients who regularly miss NHS appointments could be sent to the back of the queue under plans to cut waiting times, BBC Wales has been told. It is one of a number of Welsh government ideas being discussed to improve the NHS, which has recently seen small reductions in record waiting lists. The threat of sanctions would be balanced by an improved Welsh NHS app, which would allow patients to track their progress through the system and make or amend appointments at the touch of a button.

#Trump still using #lesmiserables music at rally. Know been done before and upset mackintosh etc. The politics of it fascinates me is he Valjean or Javert? Get the revolution appeal. But not the go to the barricades in defence of France (a NATO ally) angle!
