In a game packed with incident and no shortage of drama, the Orchard County boss was to blame for a two-point free scored by Darren McCurry, who finished on the losing team despite an incredible 0-10 haul.

A place in the provincial final is not all that is up for grabs as the Leinster semi-final effectively doubles up as a play-off for a place in the Sam Maguire Cup. The losers will be heading for the Tailteann Cup later in the summer.
