    Ingredients:● 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter● 1 egg● Pinch of salt and pepper● 2 bagels, sliced in half● 2 tbsp (30 mL) water● 2 pieces, sliced cheddar cheese• Preheat a medium sized skillet over medium heat with butter, swirl to coat the pan. • In a small bowl, whisk the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper• Once butter is hot and melted, place two bagel halves cut side down in the pan, pressinglightly to flatten the surface against the pan for 30-45 seconds.

    Ingredients:● 2 whole wheat English muffins, cut in half● 1 tsp (5 mL) butter● 2 tbsp (30 mL) red onion, diced● 2 tbsp (30 mL) bell pepper, diced● 2 eggs, whisked● ¼ cup (60 mL) pizza sauce● 4 deli slices of ham● ¼ cup (60 mL) cheddar cheese, grated• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet. • Heat butter in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bellpepper, and sauté for 2–3 minutes, until softened.
