Home-based automated exercise programme (intervention arm)Patients in this group will follow an 8-week home-based exercise programme. They will be given an exercise booklet (routinely given to patients who decline hospital-based CR as part of standard care), which will outline a series of exercises with varying difficulty, and an accelerometer to take home. They will also be given weekly goals via the app in the domains of step count, calorie count and moderate to vigorous activity minutes.
