    Tucson Unified School District superintendent receives goal-based bonus of $4000. Really at a salary of $230,000 a year, I think a pat on the back and a "well done" should be all he gets. After all, is he not paid to reach the goals in his job? This I think also applies to most CEOs of big corporations, they increase the bottom line by decreasing services to the consumer, we also pay more and then they get a bonus. Health insurance companies are also doing this. Are you really okay with this?
