Buffalo Gap lost to Eastside 4-0 in the state softball semifinals, marking their fifth consecutive defeat at this stage. Eastside pitcher Braelyn Hall threw a perfect game, allowing no Buffalo Gap baserunners. Despite the loss, Buffalo Gap's coach and players are optimistic about the future due to a young, talented roster. Buffalo Gap has yet to find a way to get over the hump when it comes to the state softball semifinals.

Thirty students representing nine countries graduated from Stuart Hall School in Staunton, Virginia. The commencement ceremony included a traditional Loving Cup toast to the graduates. Graduates will attend various universities, including Virginia Commonwealth University, University of St Andrews, and Savannah College of Art and Design.
