The ninth-ranked Rebels, who were in position to make the College Football Playoff if they won their final two games, traveled to Gainesville to face 5-5 Florida. The Gators shocked the Rebels, and ended their playoff hopes, with a 24-17 win. The two teams were tied at the end of each of the first three quarters.

Coming into the contest, the reigning SEC-champion Razorbacks were 9-0-1 and had lost only six regular season conference games in the last five years. The Bulldogs defense locked down the Razorbacks, limiting them to just five shots, and Ally Perry’s goal in the 20th minute was the difference in a 1-0 victory.

Jamie Sheriff II made his NFL debut this past weekend after graduating from Terry High School in 2018, working his way through the ranks and never giving up on his athletic dreams. “I let Jamie know that he had a chance to go play college, he had a chance to further himself and play in the league,” Terry High football coach J.J. Plummer, said.
