If you haven't heard, I am a fan of old things. I get my love of antiques from my Mom and my love of old buildings from my Grandpa, who was an architect. Both of those people are who I credit for the fact that I can't pass up an item from the past. Growing up in Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York, there was an old building in the center of town that I knew was an old theater, but by the time I lived there, it no longer showed films, held live theater, or music performances.
