AbstractWe report long-term follow-up from the RESONATE-2 phase 3 study of the once-daily Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor ibrutinib, which is the only targeted therapy with significant progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) benefit in multiple randomized chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) studies.

Demographic patterns and hospital-bed capacity levels in their current state will push the industry by the year 2032 to surpass 85% occupancy, a level considered dangerous to patients, according to a research letter published by JAMA Network Open on Feb. 19.
