The equivalent of taking acid for the first time was hearing Bob Dylan in that ‘60s period after he went electric. And that just blew my mind; I remember listening to “Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again” and “Mr. Tambourine Man” on repeat in my bed and it was like taking a hallucinogenic, because the imagery that he evokes was so wild. For a young mind, they were these bizarre, very vivid images that sent your brain off into all these different directions.

It’s a shift in pace for Grimshaw that feels entirely natural - since leaving Radio 1, he’s hit the ground running on two standout podcasts and cut his teeth in a four-month stint covering for Lauren Laverne. The Oldham-raised DJ – whose star rose fast when he took over Chris Moyles’ breakfast slot on Radio 1 at the age of 27 – became the second longest-running host of the flagship show, and moved to the drivetime programme before quitting the station in 2021.

The self-described "chronically-sincere farm girl" grew up on a farm in rural Ohio before moving to Nashville where she played in other songwriters’ projects before recording her own songs on a 4-track cassette recorder. “I wrote ‘Cowgirl Suit’ when I was in-between farm jobs, pretty fresh out of college," Hines explains. "I was working at a local food co-op and seeing someone who wasn’t seeing me. Everything felt precarious and precious.
