That's more like it! Conner rushes 6 yards for the TD. Pitt cuts the Va Tech lead to two.

I guess I'm used to it, but it's still disappointing to see a much less than capacity crowd on hand for a game like this.

The ESPN audience has to be loving this 9-0 thriller with Virginia Tech ahead in the 2nd qtr. Hopefully the Panthers offense gets it going.

Blustery evening at Heinz Field tonight for the big game between Pitt and Virginia Tech.

Another 75-yard drive for the Patriots capped by a 5-yard TD run by Blount. The Steelers just can't stop New England.

Boswell 44-yard field goal makes it a 4-point game again.

Jones is 20 for 27 for 227 yards passing.

And no sooner do I tweet that then Brady hooks up with Gronk on a 36-yard touchdown pass. 20-13 Patriots.

New England tight ends Bennet and Gronk have just two catches between them so far today. They were expected to be much more of a factor.

Boswell boots a 46-yard field goal. Steelers have cut the Pats lead to one. This should be a very interesting last quarter and a half.
