Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers, who missed the entirety of the 2024 playoffs with a right knee injury, gave reporters great news on his health at organized team activities Tuesday. "My knee is great," Flowers said, per ESPN's Jamison Hensley. "I feel 100 percent. I feel like I'm ready for the season. No limits."As Hensley noted, Flowers worked back to full health through rehab and was able to avoid surgery.

Boston Red Sox third baseman Alex Bregman, who has been out since May 23 with a strained right quad, said that his rehab is moving at "warp speed" per comments made to of the Boston Globe. Bregman also said his recovery has gone "about 10 times better" than hoped. The 31-year-old, who joined the Red Sox on a three-year, $120 million contract after nine years with the Houston Astros, has hit .299 (.938 OPS) with 11 home runs and 35 RBI.

Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani took another step toward returning to the pitcher's mound by facing hitters in live batting practice at Dodger Stadium prior to his team's home game against the New York Yankees, per The Dodgers Bleed Los Podcast Network. This was his second live BP session, per the Associated Press, and he threw 29 pitches over 25 minutes. His first live BP session occurred last week in New York, when the Dodgers were in town to face the Mets.
