Young, who passed away on Thursday, spent over three decades with the Gypsies as a player and manager. He first managed Athlone Town and Shamrock Rovers but became Bohs boss for 16 years between 1973 and 1989, And he was successful during that time, winning two league titles, an FAI Cup and two League Cups.
