    United Airlines announced financial results for the first quarter of 2025. Noting it was the its best first quarter in five years, United reported net income of $0.4 billion on revenue of $13.2 billion, up 5.4% compared to the same period in the prior year.     American Airlines announced that, starting in January 2026, it will begin to offer complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi service on its mainline aircraft in partnership with AT&T. Viasat and Intelsat will provide the high-speed satellite connectivity for the airlines’ aircraft, depending on which company’s equipment is installed in the aircraft, and AT&T will sponsor the service.
