Dr John Ullman, who made over $1.5 million from his prescription drug dealing, had been accused of using his Brisbane clinic as a front to illegally sell benzodiazepines and steroids.

The Medical Board of Australia has hit back hard after being accused of unprofessional behaviour over its fast-track scheme for IMG specialists. This week, the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) took aim at the watchdog, alleging it had been kept in the dark over moves to bring in overseas anaesthetists to fill workforce holes in regional hospitals.
