Arthur Contreras was last seen near the area of North Central Avenue and West Osborn Road at 8:20 a.m. on Friday, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Contreras is approximately 5 feet, 7 inches and 195 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
