At about 6:40AM Wednesday a PAPD Officer observed a pickup truck driving erratically on Highway 101 on the west side of town. A traffic stop was attempted but the driver failed to yield and sped away.

The Trump administration has directed NOAA to lay off approximately 1,000 workers on top of 1,300 workers that have already been laid off, cutting approximately 20% of the agency’s workforce.
