    Kenya Power has listed areas set for power cuts on Wednesday. The utility firm said areas in seven counties will experience power interruption at diverse times between 9 am and 5 pm. The power interruption facilitates system maintenance. The counties to be affected are Nairobi, Kajiado, Uasin Gishu, Vihiga, Embu, Nyeri and Kiambu. NairobiParts of Nairobi will face power cuts from 9 am to 5 pm. They are Mirema, Lumumba Drive, USIU, Thome 5, Safari Park View East, Parts of TRM and adjacent customers.

    Deputy President Kithure Kindiki joined pastors and ministers for a Conference at KICC on April 15, 2025/ DPCS Deputy President Kithure Kindiki on Tuesday joined pastors and ministers for a conference.  The delegates, 4,500 in number, hailed from all 47 counties and convened at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) during their ongoing Africa Revival Agenda Conference in Nairobi City County. Kindiki prayed, sang and praised together with the ministers and later addressed them.

    Kiambu Governor KImani Wamatangi / WAMATANGI XThe Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has raided the home of Kiambu Governor Paul Njoroge Kimani, alias Wamatangi, and eight other county officials. EACC said it executed search warrants at the residences and offices of the nine individuals as part of an ongoing investigation. However, in a statement on X shortly after the EACC operation, Governor Wamatangi called on Kiambu residents to remain peaceful.

He said that sometimes there has been tension between the government and the faith groups. Kindiki said it is not a good thing because there is no contest between the church and the state; they instead complement each other.
