The wine world is full of buzzwords. Look at the wine bottles in your favorite store, and you’ll likely see more than a few on the labels: biodynamic, sustainable, organic, no added sulfites. Sad to hear of Jim Clendenen's passing. As "The Mind Behind" @aubonclimat wines, he created amazing wines with subtleties and finesse, clearly showing the influence of his time in France. I met Jim six years ago and interviewed him over lunch. https://t.co/G0YxA5nnQ6
