On June 24, 2024, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)'s Division of Corporation Finance released five new Compliance and Disclosure Interpretations (C&DIs) covering the disclosure of cybersecurity incidents under Item 1.05 of Form 8-K. The new C&DIs (104B.05 through .09) can be found on the SEC's website.
