Syracuse wing transfer Chris Bell who was on campus this week…His father grew up with Kevin Durant, and there is a familiarity between Jai Lucas and KD through the Texas Longhorns ties. Also, believe there is some familiarity between Canes great Jack McClinton and Bell’s father from the Baltimore area connections. Just a couple things that could potentially help the Canes here. Four-Star Montverde Academy combo guard Dante Allen announced on Friday morning that he would decommit from Villanova. Dante plays for Nightrydas Elite in the AAU circuit which his head coach Andrew Moran is expected to join the Canes staff. I would expect Miami to make a move here and try to keep him home. Been told by him that staying home does not have a factor in his recruitment but he said that the Moran move to Miami could play a factor in his recruitment.

Can confirm there has been major Miami interest here. UPDATE: Just spoke to Harun's agent Stevan Petrovic of Agency55. Harun is at practice right now but I'll be talking to him later today. Petrovic expects Zrno to have 4 years of eligibility (pending NCAA official ruling). Considered an ELITE Shooter, great catch and shoot player who has the ability to set his feet quickly and come off screens. Current season averages...20.7 PPG, (61% from 3), 3 rpg, 3.3 assists for KK Slavija in the Bosnian League.

After a long and winding portal search for a QB, Mario Cristobal and staff are excited about what Poffenbarger brings to the table. Originally from Middletown, Maryland, Poffenbarger began his career at Old Dominion in 2021 before redshirting and transferring to Albany.
