CLEVELAND — A Cuyahoga County police officer is on administrative leave after a woman told law enforcement she was assaulted and dragged out of a home. Cleveland police responded to a call on East 15th Street downtown on the night of March 15 following a report that a police officer was assaulting a woman. By the time officers arrived, Newburgh Heights police had already separated the woman from 38-year-old Joe Dunlap, whom she had been dating.
