Over the last year and some change, Microsoft has pretty much shifted away from making Xbox consoles the only place where players can enjoy Xbox games. While the company transitioned to supporting PC with day-and-date Xbox releases some years ago, it was only recently that we began seeing Xbox Games Studios titles appear on both the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.

After an incredibly short glimpse of the game during last year’s Game Awards, Sega was back at today’s State of Play stream to fully unveil Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. While no release date was mentioned, today’s trailer showed off a couple of new mechanics and a longer post on the PlayStation blog details a whole host of features coming to the game. Just like past Sonic Racing titles, players will be able to race on the land, in the sea, and the air.

In a newly published interview with Famitsu magazine, Miyamoto was asked various questions about what he hopes the Nintendo Museum will accomplish for its visitors. While his overall philosophy is that the museum helps explain what Nintendo is and aims to continue being, he offered a rather deep explanation about why Nintendo chose to build its museum in Kyoto, specifically.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is finally available at retailers and digitally and 2024’s Game of the Year has been decided. While that last part is obviously a joke (unless the game turns out to be incredible), Nintendo wants its fans to celebrate the launch of the latest Zelda adventure. To commemorate the occasion, Nintendo’s official Twitter account has shared brand-new artwork featuring Zelda squaring off against… Link?!Link’s gone rogue? Hyrule is in danger?

Despite being a firmly PlayStation-developed and published series, the almighty clutch of LEGO seems to have been too strong for Sony. LEGO Horizon Adventures will be released on November 14, 2024, for PC, PS5, and Switch. That’s right, Switch players will be able to experience a new take on protagonist Aloy’s adventure before Xbox players get a chance (which is unlikely to ever happen).
