On February 14, 2024, the Delaware Office of Marijuana Control (OMC) released draft regulations for the state’s adult-use cannabis market. Public comment is due on or before March 29, 2024. These regulations include the rules applicable to the licensing of adult-use cannabis businesses; the application process; and, the process for renewal and transfer of licenses. Additional draft regulations are scheduled to be released on a weekly basis.

AbstractPhysiological changes in retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) have been reported in rodent models of photoreceptor (PR) loss but this has not been investigated in primates. By expressing both a calcium indicator (GCaMP6s) and an optogenetic actuator (ChrimsonR) in foveal RGCs of the macaque, we reactivated RGCs in vivo and assessed their response in the weeks and years following PR loss.

Almost a fifth of England’s council bosses have warned they are running out of money so badly that they will become effectively bankrupt this year or next.
