A huge development in the 2025 Yankees season so far has been Will Warren. The young right-hander broke camp with the team largely due to injuries to the likes of Gerrit Cole, Clarke Schmidt and Luis Gil. But a couple of months in, and Warren is starting to cement himself as a part of the rotation moving forward, and Tuesday night was the latest example. Warren pitched 5.2 scoreless innings against the Texas Rangers on Tuesday, striking out a career-high 10 batters to help the Yankees win 5-2.

Now, in his first game back at Yankee Stadium since Game 5 of last year's World Series, the Yankee faithful gave him a reaction, rather befitting of the circumstances.

The Mets can't afford to have another injury to an everyday player, so when Jeff McNeil seemingly hurt his hamstring and was pulled in Wednesday's 7-1 win over the Diamondbacks, there was some worry. Luckily for the Mets, it seems McNeil came out of the game relatively unscathed. Advertisement"Felt like a cramp in the left hamstring, but he’s fine," Carlos Mendoza said. "I was going to be aggressive anyway with [Jose] Azocar there. Trainers took a look at him, he's fine.
