    NEW YORK (WABC) -- This weekend, New York City's mayoral candidates are expected to make their final rounds as the June primary is in its final stage. Thursday, three of the big names in the race took part in early voting. For mayoral candidate and City Comptroller Brad Lander, he's slated to appear at ICE headquarters yet again to escort those that show up to immigration court. But the last time he attempted to do that, he was taken into custody by federal agents during an immigration hearing.

    With the June primary in five days the leading Democratic candidates are casting their ballots and drawing in key endorsements in the final stretch of the race. The projected front-runner, Andrew Cuomo, received major support from New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg with a 3.3 million dollar donation to the Super PAC 'Fix the City', bringing the total contributions of his campaign to 8.3 million dollars. The former mayor is now responsible for one third of the PACS 24 million raise.

    NEW YORK (WABC) -- Andrew Cuomo leads Zohran Mamdani by 10 points, 55% to 45%, in the final round of ranked choice voting, according to a new poll from the Marist Institute for Public Opinion. While Cuomo continues to maintain his lead, the poll shows it is stagnant and the race is tightening. But the poll also shows a race not as tight as Mamdani has been saying. Cuomo is the first-choice candidate of 38% of likely Democratic primary voters. Mamdani comes in second with 27%, up from 18% last month.

    UNION SQUARE, Manhattan (WABC) -- A woman was killed by a subway train after jumping onto the tracks at Union Square Station and was unable to get back onto the platform. Police say the 24-year-old woman went down onto the tracks at the 14th Street-Union Square station for unknown reasons just after 10:20 p.m. last night. Witnesses told officers she attempted to get back onto the platform but was unable to pull herself up. She was struck by a northbound L train and pronounced dead at the scene.
