As preparations intensify for the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise ahead of the Anambra State governorship election, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has disclosed that 31,690 Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) remain unclaimed across the state. This figure is based on INEC’s 2023 data, which recorded a total of 2,624,764 PVCs collected out of 2,656,437 registered voters in Anambra.
