DiscussionThis study reports the findings of the psychometric study carried out to validate the newly developed CPIS that comprehensively assessed the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic including the adverse personal, social, and economic consequences that followed along with the positive outcomes which may have occurred. Data were obtained in 2020 and 2022 to capture different exposures to the COVID-19 pandemic from a non-representative New Zealand sample.
