1. Survival and neurodevelopmental impairment. The primary outcome of interest, survival without neurosensory impairment, will be determined up to 2, 5, 7 and 11 years of age using ONS mortality, HES, NNRD and National Pupil Database (NPD) records as binary outcomes at four time points. Two-year outcomes will be presented corrected and uncorrected for prematurity where possible.
