    Photo credit: Pino PanettaAs an outfit, or band, Goblin were all but kaput with the completion of Dario Argento’s Italian cut of George A. Romero’s Dawn of the Dead (1978). Romero, upon hearing what Caludio Simonnetti and company had done with Argento’s Italian release, was so impressed he had Goblin’s score slapped back upon his own cut and re-released in American cinemas. Whatever the original (apparently orchestral score) had sounded like beats the ever-loving hell out of me. Have you heard it?
