4. DiscussionIn the context of this review, our objective was to identify and synthesize the body of scientific publications on the effects of biophilic design on stress in workplace environments. Due to the heterogeneity in the design of primary studies, conducting a meta-analysis did not appear to be a recommended option. Instead, we focused our efforts on the concise extraction of information from the various research papers.
