May 15 (Reuters) - Shares in video game maker Ubisoft dropped heavily on Thursday after the French game developer guided for this year's cash generation to remain negative, while expecting its operating income at a breakeven.
The company, which is behind the Assassin's Creed franchise, reported on Wednesday a 20.5% drop in its full-year 2024-2025 net bookings due to delayed releases and the underperformance of some of its leading titles.

PARIS, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Thales shares fell sharply on Friday after Britain's Serious Fraud Office said it and French authorities were investigating suspected bribery and corruption at the company.
Shares in the group, in which the French state holds a 26.6% stake, were around 5% lower in early trade, on track for their biggest one-day slump in four months.

PARIS, Oct 11 (Reuters) - Sanofi has entered into talks to sell a controlling 50% stake in its consumer health business Opella to U.S. private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice, the French pharmaceutical group said on Friday.
The announcement confirms an earlier Reuters report that it was closing in on a sale estimated at around 15 billion euros ($16.41 billion).
Sanofi did not disclose any financial details of the potential deal, and said further updates would be provided in due course.

CMA CGM aims to increase efficiency and shorten delivery times through the optimisation of routes, container handling, and inventory management, while minimising costs and carbon emissions.
