Heads up that @UIFBenefits website is down again and cannot process declarations. Trying for 10 days to submit and pay - call centre just told me to do it manually cause system is "offline for service maintenance" for an indefinite period. (Didn't they just fix it in Nov??)

Anyone else having problems with @News24 subscription - newsletters not arriving? Flagged it with their team 10 days ago but still no change. I'm wondering if anyone else has found a fix, as they don't seem particularly motivated to assist?
