The City of Milwaukee’s Office of Community Wellness and Safety is stepping in with more than a dozen free programs through its Summer of Healing project, which kicked off Saturday. Dozens turned up to Sherman Park for a resource fair to support families and youth in Milwaukee’s Promise Zones and other communities impacted by violence.
