AbstractThis study investigates the micro-topographic surfaces as a benign anti-fouling/fouling-release method. The bio-inspired engineered surfaces were manufactured by controlling the viscoelastic instabilities of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) nanocomposites using a customized, scalable two-roll coating process.
