The project cost of Ester Industries Limited (EIL), India’s leading manufacturer of Polyester Films and Specialty Polymers and Loop Industries, to produce a unique product offering of lower carbon footprint recycled dimethyl terephthalate (rDMT), recycled mono-ethylene glycol (rMEG) in India, using the Infinite Loop technology is US $165 million (Rs. 1,385 crore). Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, with commercial operations commencing in early 2027.

RCF places Rs. 514 crore with Topsoe for ammonia plant revamp The Board of Directors of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd has accorded its approval for Placement of Purchase Order on Topsoe for procurement of Basic Engineering Design Package (BEDP) and Supply of Proprietary Equipment and Catalyst for revamp of Ammonia Plant at RCF Thai for reduction in specific energy consumption. The order value is Rs. 514.6 crore.
