The romantic entertainer Hogi Pyar Ki Jeet (1999) completed 25 years on May 7. It starred Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Neha Bajpai (now called Shabana Raza), Mayuri Kango and Ketki Dave. Produced by Gadar director Anil Sharma, it was a semi-hit at the box office. Interestingly, except Ajay, all the rest of the principal actors in the film were changed, that too, after they were signed. This amusing trivia was shared by Komal Nahta’s Film Information magazine dated May 22, 1999.
