AbstractThe mechanisms by which bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) maintain multilineage potency in vitro remain elusive. To identify the transcriptional regulatory circuits that contribute to BMSC multipotency, we performed paired single-nucleus multiomics of the expansion of freshly isolated BMSCs and of BMSCs undergoing tri-lineage differentiation.
