1. IntroductionDrifting snow is a theoretical study that integrates geography, meteorology, fluid mechanics, glaciology, and other disciplines. It is common in winter and spring seasons, and mostly occurs in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Tibet, and Northeast China. It can cause snow accumulation on roads and block traffic. In order to reduce the harm of drifting snow, many scholars have studied its physical properties and prevention measures.
