IntroductionMicrofluidic trapping of cells has emerged as a promising tool for advancing medical and biological research by enabling investigations into cell-to-cell interactions and signaling [1,2], immunotherapies [3], drug responses [4], and stem cell differentiation [5]. Passive cell trapping using physical obstacles, such as post arrays, is a commonly employed microfluidic strategy.
