1 INTRODUCTION Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a malignant tumor that emerges from colon or rectum and represents one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths, posing a significant global health concern (Li et al., 2021). Timely diagnosis plays a crucial role in CRC successful treatment, for early-stage cases could be cured (Siegel et al., 2017).
