According to the Director of Bainbridge Public Safety Frank Green and Chief Redell Walton, the incident happened Thursday, July 4 at around 7:30 p.m.The Decatur County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) says they’re still trying to positively ID the victim.

Even Governor Brian Kemp was in attendance at the 35th annual Quail Hunt, hosted by the Georgia Chamber at the Thronateeska Heritage Center.
