Note: This review contains spoilers for Agatha All Along. Last week, Marvel Studios released the final two episodes of their newest Disney Plus original series, Agatha All Along, just in time for Halloween. While there were no shortage of naysayers predicting the show’s doom, I am happy to report that Jac Schaeffer and the team have done it again, bringing us one of the most cohesive and entertaining Marvel originals since WandaVision.

When I was in seventh grade, I took a single semester of home economics. The nine weeks spent in a classroom doubling as a “house” still plays in my head like a bad movie. After over 200 days, Rachel Goldberg and Jon Polin saw proof of life of their son Hersh Goldberg-Polin for the first time, who was severely wounded in the October 7th massacre and taken hostage by Hamas. Just last Wednesday, a video surfaced — which was produced by Hamas — of Hersh speaking to camera. In short, in the video, Hersh describes the he was taken hostage, he criticizes the Israeli Government, and he expresses love for his parents, Jon and Rachel and his two sisters.

One hundred days since Hamas’ attack and the kidnapping of hostages, Rachel Goldberg Polin, whose son Hersh is among the kidnapped, wrote the following article for “L’Osservatore Romano”. The unofficial spokesperson for the family of hostages had met Pope Francis last November. Today, Sunday, January 14th, is 100 days since my only son, Hersh, was stolen from me. Hersh is a civilian who was attending a music festival. Before being abducted, his arm was blown off at the elbow.
